Romney Rawes, Founder
Romney is the creator of the RIB Index and has over 35 years′ hands-on industry experience, including a number of non-executive directorships. He was the inaugural winner of the Recruiter′s Gary Clark Award for lifetime achievement and established the RIB Index to help promote best practice within the industry and provide key information to professional management.
Crawfurd Walker, Managing Director
Crawfurd started his career in property and leisure development. Following an MBA at Cranfield University he worked as an independent consultant advising a number of SMEs and FTSE 100 companies on strategic development and brand growth. Crawfurd worked with Romney on the creation of the RIB Index, taking over the role of Managing Director in 2007. Crawfurd is a member of the judging panel for the Recruiter Awards for Excellence 2009.
Nick Woodward, IT Director
IT and internet expert who has worked with many high profile corporations, including Microsoft, Shell, Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse First Boston. Nick has further involvement with the recruitment industry through ETZ Timesheet Solutions.
Sarah Shread, Account Director
Sarah is responsible for all RIB′s administration, a role to which she brings over 15 years′ experience of working in the leisure and motor industries.
Professor Al Richardson, Company Secretary
Professor Richardson is Chair of Enterprise at the Royal Institution of Great Britain, the world′s oldest independent research body and Visiting Fellow at the Entrepreneurial Research Centre, Cranfield University School of Management.

Denise has spent more than 22 years as a sales consultant, manager, director, business owner, management consultant and trainer and uses a down-to-earth, practical and straightforward approach to help companies maximise their collective and people performance.
